Warranty

If you have any using problem of the products which buy from Homintell, please feedback to us first, and we will discuss the issue with you. Via our technical support, we can dig out your using problem via our technical support in most of cases.

Warranty: Your purchase is covered by a one-year limited warranty,commencing fromthe date indicated on your original purchase receipt or warranty card.Thiswarranty provides for free repair of any defects in materials or workmanshipthat occur under normal household use during the warranty period.Fortechnical support or to report a problem with your machine,please contact us.

To have the Homintell device or a part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to Homintell.

NOTE: You need use ordinary airmail to send the item back to us, after we fix it, we will send back to you. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.

This warranty does not cover the following conditions.
1. Damage resulting from accident, misuse,improper maintenance,or storage.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly,repair attempts,or modification of theproduct.
3. Products without a valid, legible purchase receipt or where the product serial numberdoes not match the records.
4.Any damage or issues that occur after the expiration of the one-year warranty period.

Important Notes:
If you experience any operational issues with your machine,please contact the autho-rized customer service center or an authorized repair facility.Do not disassemble themachine yourself.Homintell is not liable for any damage or accidents resulting fromservice performed by an unauthorized provider.For service outside the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge based onthe cost of replacement parts and labor.lf you have any questions, feel free to contact us market@homintell.com
